Growing Mahogany in Haiti

After returning to America from my first trip to the NW of Haiti I began to brainstorm how that I could help the friends that I had made with their economic situation. On my second trip I began to ask Waldring Petit-Homme who is about sixteen at the time if he would growwn some Mahogany trees from me. On my last trip the first one's that he started have grown nicely and he now has some of his friends in the area growing trees on their property, about 300 total.
